Aerial Silk

Aerial silk — also known as tissu, fabric or ribbons — is a graceful young circus art in which aerialists do challenging climbs, wraps, poses and explore different shapes while hanging from a long, flowing piece of fabric.

With Brigitta you will learn the basics of aerial silk, including warm-up skills, conditioning techniques, grip work, beginner moves and positiions.
